● SN-R50 is used for automatic storage of long foam in case of continuous foaming. Because the foam has just finished foaming and has not yet fully matured, if the foam is moved with a clamp, it will cause deformation or damage to the foam. Therefore,SN-R50 chooses to transport the foam to the designated position through belt conveyor and a section of mobile conveyor line, which can not only operate normally in continuous foaming, but also protect the foam from damage.

●Foam racks can be designed according to the length and storage quantity of customers' products. IPC is used to automatically control the whole operation process, with stable performance and easy operation. Secondly, the protection function added in the control system can effectively prevent accidents. Thirdly, the whole control system uses electrical components of famous imported brands, so the performance and service life can be guaranteed.
